We are located at 840 S. State Road in Davison, MI. You can find us right in the heart of the community, serving up elevated American wood-fired cuisine.
Do you take reservations?
We primarily operate on a first-come, first-served basis to keep things casual and accessible, but for large parties or special inquiries, please feel free to contact us directly through our website's contact form.
What makes your grill special?
We use a custom Josper grill imported from Spain. It is fueled entirely by natural hardwood charcoal, allowing us to hit incredibly high temperatures that seal in juices while providing a distinct smoky flavor you won't find at a traditional restaurant.
Do you offer vegetarian or gluten-free options?
Yes! While we are known for our wood-fired steaks and prime burgers, our menu includes a variety of fresh salads, seafood, and sides that can accommodate various dietary needs. Please alert your server to any allergies so our kitchen can take extra care.
Can I order Charcoal & Ash for pickup?
Absolutely. Online ordering is available directly through our website. Simply click the "Order Online" button, select your favorites, and we'll have them ready for you to pick up at the restaurant.
What are your kitchen hours?
Our kitchen closes one hour earlier than the restaurant. We are open Monday through Thursday until 11:00 pm, Friday and Saturday until 11:00 pm, and Sunday until 10:00 pm.
