We built Charcoal & Ash around the simple, powerful element of open-fire cooking. Using natural hardwood charcoal and a custom Josper Charcoal Fire Grill from Spain, we sear our food at incredibly high heat, keeping it juicy while giving your steak, burger, or seafood a deep, smoky edge you just can't get from a standard kitchen.
You deserve to know where your food comes from, so we run a single-source beef program, following our beef from birth all the way through processing. We also hand-cut our steaks and fish fresh every single day. We don't overcomplicate things. We focus on the best ingredients and let the fire do the hard work.
