Our passion starts at the grill
Charcoal and Ash is an elevated bar and grill built around open fire wood cooking. We use natural hardwood charcoal and a custom Jasper Grill from Spain to cook at high heat, locking in flavor while giving every steak, burger, and plate a deep, smoky edge.
Our team believes great food starts with great ingredients. We keep things simple, focus on quality, and let the fire do the work. The space is warm, modern, and designed for relaxed nights out, weekend brunch, date nights, and gatherings with friends.
