Our passion starts at the grill
Charcoal and Ash is an elevated bar and grill built around open fire wood cooking. We use natural hardwood charcoal and a custom Josper Charcoal Fire Grill from Spain to cook at high heat, locking in flavor while giving every steak, burger, and plate a deep, smoky edge.
Our team believes great food starts with great ingredients. That's why we run a single-source beef program, following our beef from birth to processing, and cut our steaks and fish fresh daily. We keep things simple, focus on quality, and let the fire do the work.
